BUILD ITSELF.
I'm Brook Goodman — fractional Marketing VP for B2B SaaS. I embed with your team, run your strategy, and build the demand engine. 11+ years across demand gen, PMM, GTM, and marketing ops.

TWO WAYS TO
WORK TOGETHER.
Engagements
Both are 6-month minimums, renewable to ongoing. Both start with the same question: what's actually broken, and what's worth fixing first?

CASE STUDY · CHARTHOP
I came in to help with demand gen and quickly took over product marketing launches, full demand gen, and marketing ops. On paid, I brought in a new agency and shifted strategy — and the numbers moved fast.
I also built a full GTM process from scratch: positioning, competitive analysis, ICP, SWOT, enablement, and launch materials. On the ops side, we rebuilt the funnel, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting so leadership could finally see what was working.
“Brook came in to drive PMM and within weeks was running demand gen and rebuilding our HubSpot stack. Rarely have I worked with a marketing person who can go that deep across the range. She’s aces.”
Product, customers, a16z backing — and no marketing engine.
So I built it.
CASE STUDY · supermove
Supermove had everything except the function to turn it into pipeline. I came in and built the engine: website, content, paid, ABM, enablement, the first real enterprise case study. The kind of foundation that doesn't go away when the engagement ends.
“Brook joined in a critical window. Rather than maintaining the status quo, she immediately identified areas of need and got to work — overhauled our website, sharpened our enterprise messaging, built out ABM, drove thought leadership, contributed to events. She brings the full package.”
The Receipts. in their words.
What People Say
“I brought Brook into a SaaS scale-up at a moment when we didn’t have perfect inputs or long runways. She ramped fast, moved easily between strategy and execution, and delivered practical, customer-focused assets within a couple of weeks. The work led to an expanded retainer.”
“Brook is the marketing leader every high growth company dreams of finding. She has a rare ability to zoom out and craft world-class product positioning, then zoom in to build and scale a high-performing demand gen engine.”
“What sets Brook apart is the combination of strategic thinking and genuine execution. She doesn’t just bring ideas, she follows through on them. Our sales team absolutely loves her — that’s not a small thing.”
I've been the
marketing leader
you're trying to hire.
ABOUT BROOk
I've run marketing inside B2B SaaS companies from $1M to $100M+ in revenue. I built the demand engine at OnCall Health from $2.8M ARR through acquisition. I've managed budgets from $400K+ and know what to spend at each stage — and more importantly, what not to.
Most B2B SaaS companies between Seed and Series C hit the same wall: the product is quality, customers exist, but marketing is reactive campaigns and spaghetti on the wall. When you don't need a full-time leader or another agency giving you fluff metrics, I'm here.
Recent Start Up Experience:
ChartHop (Series C)
Supermove (Series A)
